Father/ Daughter Dance:
We will need help with décor/crafts, kitchen/food preparation, and day-of setup. If you are interested in volunteering, please send an email to
[email protected] with the areas you are interested in, and I will send you more info. We will be hosting craft nights starting Thursday, January 15, 6-8:30. If you can't make the meetings, there are still lots of ways to help out, so just let me know! Looking forward to a great dance!

Pickup Procedures:
We would appreciate your help in making the end-of-the-day pickup run as smooth and efficient as possible. Here are some things to keep in mind:
o Make sure your child knows what the plan is for the end of the day.
o If grandparents or others are picking up students, please ensure they are familiar with the school's procedures.
o Please notify the teacher and office in advance if there is a change to the usual end-of-day routine, rather than during the middle of the day. Teachers will not see messages sent in the middle of the day. If there is an unexpected change during the day, please call the office to notify them.
o If you are picking your child up between 2:30 and 3:00 from daycare, let the daycare staff know so they can have the child packed up and ready. It helps keep the flow of traffic moving efficiently.
o If you have not called to check your child out of daycare by the time you pull up to the pickup curb, teachers will ask you to circle around to the end of the pickup line.
Thank you for your help!
